As the big day approaches every bride and her entourage has a thousand things to deal with – organising the hen night, attending the bridal shower, making sure that the men do strictly as they are told and nothing more, and of course fitting perfectly into dresses and being in absolute tip top shape for the photos and videos that will be emailed and data streamed across the world to be passed down from generation to generation.
Here at Ultimate Performance we are highly experienced in ensuring that women look their best for their big day – whether it is for a wedding or a Victoria’s Secret photo shoot we know how to prepare the female body so that it is at its most svelte, trim and healthy come the big day. We leave no stone unturned and offer a bespoke service that covers every aspect of conditioning, including step by step diet plans, supplementation programmes, hormonal modulation where necessary, and of course every aspect of exercise training from fat loss through to toning up.
Our bridal boot camp packages come in two distinct forms. The first is aimed solely at the bride-to-be and is a 6 Week Programme where everything is geared towards ensuring the bride is fully confident in her body as she walks down the aisle. The second package is a programme timed precisely to the date of your wedding to help you get as close to perfection as you can for your wedding photos. It is all about looking and feeling your very best.
Both of these packages incorporate the best aspects of our other services such as our famous Meltdown Fat Loss Programme and BioPrint Analysis, all blended into the ideal programme for each individual client.
I feel that I have achieved something I thought I wasn’t capable of. When I looked in the mirror or videos that Ben took of me I always questioned whether it was me or not.
“I realize looking good is not about crazy dieting plans or spending a lot of money on skin care / facials but it’s really about what you eat and the types of training that you do. Weight training has definitely helped me not only to lose weight but to actually look good in my wedding dress.”
